How far in advance should I book my LED display rental?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for optimal availability and content development time. However, we can accommodate rush orders with 48-72 hours notice (subject to availability and rush charges).
What happens if there's a technical issue during my event?
On-site technician is available for additional fee to provide immediate support throughout your event. Alternatively on call to handle issues either remotely or within a specified time. Our support team is always available for emergency assistance.
Can you create custom content for our specific event?
Absolutely! Our creative team specializes in custom content development including 3D animations, brand integration, interactive elements, and content optimized for our unique display formats like cylindrical cans and cubes.
Do you provide installation and setup services?
Yes, professional installation and setup are included in every rental. Our experienced team arrives 2-4 hours before your event to ensure everything is perfect. We also handle complete breakdown and removal after your event.
What areas do you service?
We're based on the Central Coast NSW and service the entire region without travel fees. We also service Newcastle, Sydney Metro, and Hunter Valley with minimal travel charges. Contact us for specific location pricing.

What's included in the rental price?
Every rental includes: professional installation, on-site technical support, basic content loading, and removal, and delivery within Central Coast. Custom content development and extended services are available at additional cost.
Can I see the displays before booking?
Yes! We offer demonstrations at our Central Coast facility or can arrange to show you the displays at a current event (with client permission). We want you to be completely confident in your choice.
